The project will innclude reconfiguration of the kitchen area and select interior partition work creating a separation in the central area. The upper level work will include the removal of an existing door to an above grade sunroom off of the master in order to remove the exterior stair and that entire patio structure. Separate electrical, plumbing, mechanical permits are required. R-2 ok per Matt Halitsky. Routing To Jim Wyllie due to flood plane requlations no new construction is allowed.
