This project is for the remodel of the basement in an existing single family dwelling. The project is to create a new bedroom and a new bathroom with closets along with the reconfiguration of the laundry room. The project will include the firring out of the concrete walls and batt insulation. Separate electrical, plumbing, and mechanical permits are required.
