Permit for the demolition of a 9'x12' patio room on the rear of an existing single family dwelling. The patio walls and roof to be removed are structurally independent of the dwelling. The concrete slab under this area will also be removed leaving an exterior stairway leading to an unfinished basement exposed. There is to be an exterior door at the entance of the basement and a 36" guardrail compliant with R312 is to be installed around basement stairway. A future permit will be pulled to remodel basement.
