Noted sheet rock cannot see the entirely assembly (WP 1330) I noted to travis that some sheetrock will need to removed to see aseembly. Will need to reschedule.

Plan design shows that the parapet is to be constructed 2x framing to provide the required 1hr. construction on either side. in place construction used jack truss to provide parapet construction. Called travis to advise him of non compliance. Also spoke with plan review (Tim W. ) to discuss the non compliance. Architect and contractor to resubmit to plan review to show design change and details of an approved assembly to show compliance with the approved plans.

A complete prescreen wasn't able to be conducted because the checklist was not availible; however, here are some items that stood out without having the checklist as a guide: 1) #502 Checklist, 2) Envelope Compliance needs to be 2012 IECC, 3) Provide the additional Special Inspections forms not just the cover sheet, 4) Planning Approvals, 5) Verification of legal lot form, 6) Drainage Calculations, 7) Cival sheets(Grading and Drainage Plans), 8) Soils report, 9) ESC Narritive, 10) Rotate and reupload all verticle plan sheets, 11) Mechanical Compliance Report is illedgible (Fix sheet and reupload), 12) Slab edge insulation must extend to top of slab, 13) Roof insulation must extend to verticle edge of envelope, and anything else that is on the checklist.
