Description	(ST. LUKE'S AMERICANA MRI REPLACEMENT)(SUITE 100) This is a fully fire sprinklered building of Type IIIB construction. Permit for minor renovation as shown on approved plans. Scope of work to include renovation of 2 imaging rooms and 1 computer room on the 1st floor. These rooms will be updated with new medical imaging equipment and control room equipment, 1,130 sq ft. This renovation is entirely within an existing suite. Structural engineering for new roof top units and special inspections required per attached documents. New imaging equipment shall meet NEC requirements. Please contact the City of Boise electrical divisions for requirements for the new equipment. All new interior finish shall meet IBC chapter 8 requirements. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. ajs
