He is requesting that we approve them to occupy half of the space after August 1st, providing that the half they occupy is inspected and those area’s pass inspection. I instructed Zach that I will talk to Scott Arellano about the issue, and that I did not have the authority to give an approval. Zach instructed to me that he will be calling in inspections next week for the area's they are requesting to occupy.
