Zach Phone #: ###-####, informed me that the tenant that will be occupying this space is being "Kicked Out" of their current tenant space at the end of next week. He is requesting that we approve them to occupy half of the space after August 1st, providing that the half they occupy is inspected and those area’s pass inspection. I instructed Zach that I will talk to Scott Arellano about the issue, and that I did not have the authority to give an approval. Zach instructed to me that he will be calling in inspections next week for the area's they are requesting to occupy.

Had questions on the fire alarm horn strobe locations, did not see an alarm FIR permit for this project at time of this conference, instructed Zach that an alarm contractor will need to be contacted and an alarm permit issued for this project.
