Life safety passed. New doors and hardware for warehouse #4 and #5 to be installed prior to building inspection. Scott and I discussed the racking in warehouse #4 and found there is no IFC requirement to address it since it does not exceed 500 sq. ft. I let the contractor know that seismic requirements still apply and would need to be addressed prior to a building inspection.
