Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select nonbearing walls, removal of bar millwork, removal of bar walk-in cooler, new construction of interior non-bearing walls to create a bath drying room, a holding area, a break room, mechanical room, three self-wash areas, men’s and women’s ADA compliant restrooms, an office, a grooming area and adding ADA compliant front service counter, removing existing light fixtures to add new LED light fixtures, relocating some ductwork, adding new exhaust fans in restrooms, and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
