Spoke with David letting him know that the permit is going to expire in ten days. He informed me that he recieved an email from the owners yesterday that they now have a contractor, but he will email them today letting them know about the ten days. I also informed him that we would need a 302 and a 306 from the contractor so that we can put the final fees in there.
