I have reviewed the permit for the above mentioned address. Please have a Foundation Plan & Grading Plan sent over to your geotechnical engineer (Strata) to address the structure and the adjacent slopes. The columns on the rear (east) seem to be too close to the slope with the elevation given on the foundation plan. The grading plan needs to show the slope away from the structure on the south side as well. I think you may need a small retaining wall there. Also, the foundation plan is incorrect as it shows your columns going 30’ into the ground. I believe you need a well drilling permit for that type of excavation. Let me know if you have any questions.
