Further information required.
1. Shear/lateral at two story Entry. Tall walls for balloon framing.
2. Beam at front Entry arch and detail of framing.
3. Post sizes and connections at Entry and Patio.
4. Review dimensions and wall widths at Entry/Flex compared to upper floor. Wall widths must match from second floor to footing or stem wall.
5. Using Continuous sheathing method you must provide
2'-0" at braced wall corners or a hold down. Add a hold down at the Mst Bath shower corner and another at the corner of the lower Bath.
6. Foundation Plan ; show all hold downs on Foundation Plan, show 2x6 pony walls as needed at two story Entry and under Upper Floor exterior wall, call out post base, pier size and footing size for posts at Patio and Entry.
