The Dentist needs to have the occupancy permit today.
That way he can legally treat at least one person and have project as a 2015 tax write off. Talk about Last minute!!!

I spoke to the contractor and to the architect about the possible need for resumbittals of the building plans since they do not show the gas room. I suggested that they contact both building and fire review personell. I went over IFC chapter 53 requirements with the job superintendant. I was at the project due to a FIR permit for the single sprinkler head in the gas closet.
