This tenant will operate a tattooing business. The former tenant was “Imperial Body Art”. It was also a tattooing business with a Certificate of Occupancy being issued under permit BLD12-00663. No new work is authorized under this permit except for minor work needed to correct noncompliant conditions. Compliance is required with the items listed in the plan review report under Code Notes because noncompliance with these items is believed to constitute a distinct hazard to life or property. No change of occupancy classification is allowed under this permit. A separate permit is required to allow this building to be used for retail sales.
