(TriCA – TREASURE VALLEY INSTITUTE FOR CHILDREN’S ARTS – PARTIAL BUILDING DEMOLITION, CONSTRUCT A PARKING LOT, AND PERFORM RELATED SITE WORK) These buildings do not have fire sprinkler systems. To demolish a 550 square foot structure located next to the alley and to demolish about 437 square feet of an existing former residential building to construct an 8 space parking lot. The remainder of the former residential building will have a floor area of about 1,362 square feet. Site work will be done on the South side of the former residential building at 1509 N. 14th Street and is required to be compatible with site work that will be done around the school building at 1406 W. Eastman St. under permit BLD15-02093. Work includes concrete curbs, concrete sidewalks, and an asphalt paved parking lot. This permit does not establish a Certificate of Occupancy for either building. Separate permits are required to establish occupancy for each building. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. **CJW**
