Site work will be done on the South side of the former residential building at 1509 N. 14th Street and is required to be compatible with site work that will be done around the school building at 1406 W. Eastman St. under permit BLD15-02093. Work includes concrete curbs, concrete sidewalks, and an asphalt paved parking lot. This permit does not establish a Certificate of Occupancy for either building. Separate permits are required to establish occupancy for each building.
