Permit is for the garage conversion to living space, work to include the 12’ opening in the gable end wall from the dining room garage wall, a 5’ opening at the fireplace area, adding an interior gas burning fireplace, adding an exterior manufactured wood burning fireplace, new exterior garage door, new interior half wall and the addition of R10 ridgid foam board around the exterior thermal footing envelope, all work to be per the approved plans, current local codes and attached engineering.
