Permit is for the kitchen area remodel of the single family dwelling, work to include new select nonbearing walls in the new pantry and infill the door opening in the utility/hallway area, removal of select bearing wails and to add bearing roof beams to create more of an open kitchen, adding a new pocket door opening from the new utility room to the kitchen area, all work to be per the approved plans and current local codes.
