Scope of work in the kitchen includes removal of two small pantry's with non-load bearing walls and replacement with countertop and cabinetry, replacement of island and new fixtures throughout. The master bathroom scope of work includes removal of tub and replace with tile shower and tempered glass wall, removal of existing shower and replace with shelving and new fixtures.
