(RIVER STREET STORAGE / OFFICE - Building "B") This permit is to construct a new 23,637 square foot office storage building and related site improvements. This building is separated into three separate buildings with fire walls creating three buildings each under 12,000 square feet. The building is not fire sprinklered and utilizes enhanced lighting to comply with the 2012 IECC. Scope of work includes: construction of a poured concrete foundation, construction of a wood and steel framed exterior envelope, [construction of interior non-bearing walls to create a 773 square foot office area, two family assist restrooms, and multiple storage units], installation of new windows and accessible doors, new electrical, new mechanical, new plumbing, site work, and interior finishes. None of the exit signs/emergency lighting/discharge landing illumination located in the west section storage unit corridors could be verified for proper operation, there was tripped circuit breaker on lighting circuit and emergency power source was depleted, all exit lighting/emergency egress needs to be operable at time of final inspection. Discharge landing illumination needs to be tested/verified for proper operation , interior emergency lighting on these fixtures were operable when AC power source was isolated, multiple lights on discharge landings did not illuminate, inoperable discharge landing lights need to be repaired and operating at time of final inspection.
