Units 'A' have one bedroom, one den, and two bathrooms. Units 'B' have two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. All 4 dwelling units have their own independent exit. All construction per the approved plans, attached plan review report, and all other reviewing agencies approvals. One hour fire-partition separations are required between dwelling units.
