All construction per the approved plans, attached plan review report, and all other reviewing agencies approvals. One hour fire-partition separations are required between dwelling units. The planter island adjacent to the south property line is not a minimum of 8-feet in width (measured inside of curb to inside of curb). It also contains a Class I tree. This tree is required to be a Class II tree.
The three trees adjacent to the parking for the boccee court should be replaced with Class II trees.
Provide an effective landscape barrier to the north and south that is comprised of, but not limited to, a mix of evergreen and deciduous trees, shrubs, lawn, or other vegetative groundcover. This landscaping will be required to close 60 percent or more of the vertical surface area and prevent the passage of vision through the buffer within 5 years of planting the buffer.
