(RIVER STREET STORAGE - Building "C") This permit is to construct a new 18,098 square foot storage building and related site improvements. This building is separated into two separate buildings with a fire wall creating two buildings each under 12,000 square feet. The building is not fire sprinklered and utilizes enhanced lighting to comply with the 2012 IECC. Scope of work includes: construction of a poured concrete foundation, construction of a wood and steel framed exterior envelope, [construction of interior non-bearing walls to create multiple storage units], installation of new windows and accessible doors, new electrical, new mechanical, new plumbing, site work, and interior finishes. Exit sign needs to be installed showing egress path of travel at small corridor between the main corridors, middle of building, same area is missing emergency egress light fixture, light needs to be installed. Exit sign in east storage by unit 2108 did not stay illuminated on emergency power, exit sign needs repaired. Discharge landing illumination needs to be tested/verified for proper operation , interior emergency lighting on these fixtures were operable when AC power source was isolated, multiple lights on discharge landings did not illuminate, inoperable discharge landing lights need to be repaired and operating at time of final inspection.
