This project will be a major tenant improvement as the rooftop changing to occupied space is a change in occupancy and use. Please complete the major TI check list and upload all of the additional documents. For example the structural engineering for the loading on the roof deck need to be uploaded, planning approval letter needs to be uploaded in the documents, please provide a code analysis for the roof deck including the exiting.
