(BOISE CASCADE – THIRD OFFICE STORY ABOVE PLAZA) The fire sprinkler system is required because this is a high-rise building and to allow the atrium. To remodel a total area of about 1,110 square feet located on the 55,700 square foot 3rd office story of an existing high-rise building (4th story of the building). This tenant occupies the entire story. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, interior doors, interior windows, and finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. This is a scope of work permit only. No new Certificate of Occupancy is required. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. Separate fire sprinkler permits and fire alarm permits shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such systems. **CJW**
