Create a more prominent front elevation to Liberty Street for Unit D. This could be accomplished through the use of a larger window(s) within the master bedroom, additional modulation on the east elevation, or a number of other appropriate methods to create the additional design interest needed to meet the front façade design requirements stated in Section 1-06-03.3.
