(YELLOWSTONE PARTNERS - DAVE HANSEN OFFICE – BELGRAVIA BUILDING – 1ST STORY) This building does not have a fire sprinkler system. Since this is an historic building, one-hour construction throughout is not required per the 1994 UCBC. To create one 1,463 square foot office tenant space by connecting two spaces located on the 1st story of the Belgravia Building. A new opening will be created in the common masonry wall between the two spaces. Work is to include a steel header and steel jambs to support the gravity load above the new opening per the submitted Structural Design. Special inspection is required for welding and epoxy anchors. It could not be determined when another opening in the wall was created and whether it had been approved. To also provide a header and trimmers at that existing opening per the submitted Structural Design unless a header and trimmers are already provided. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, with the Structural Design, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. **CJW**

Dave called back stating that the Architect is working with another contracting company that is willing to fill out the 302 and 306 form for this project. Dave stated that the contractor who did the work had passed away and they had to figure something out. So the architect of GC company are going over invoices and should have this forms in this week.
