(THE STURIALE PLACE - **Foundation Only**)(**GREEN TAG PRIORITY REVIEW) Application for foundation and site improvements only. A SEPARATE PERMIT WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THE HOUSE MOVE AND INTERIOR MODIFICATIONS TO THE STRUCTURE TO CONVERT IT TO A COMMERCIAL USE. Relocation of the historic M.B. Zimmer/Mary Wood Queen Anne Cottage from it's current Central Addition location (412 5th Street) to the proposed site at the corner of 15th and Jefferson. Also proposed will be a partial basement of approximately 1,218 square feet under a part of the existing and entire new addition which is an approximately 660 square foot addition to the rear of the building. Site improvements would include extensive landscaping, parking off the rear alley and on-site drainage. The current use will be changed from single-family residential to a commercial retail/coffee shop use with full mechanical, electrical, plumbing and A.D.A. upgrades.
