Application for inspection to determine the requirements for the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for a 2,994 square foot printing business (2,540 square foot 1st story and 454 square foot mezzanine). This tenant space was formerly occupied by an automobile detailing business. No new work is authorized under this permit except for minor work that may be needed to correct noncompliant conditions. No change of occupancy classification is allowed under this permit. All equipment shall be listed and labeled per the adopted Electrical Code with approval from the PDS Electrical Inspection Section. This tenant space is required to comply with the code notes referenced in the plan review report. The fire sprinkler system is required to be maintained in compliance with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to be maintained in compliance with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. Separate fire sprinkler permits and fire alarm permits shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such systems. CJW
