(INTRACON – Basement- Suite 10) Permit is to remodel an existing 1,973 sq. ft. basement floor tenant space. This permit is approved contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing wall to allow for two new window openings at the control room, construction of select interior nonbearing walls to create a partition between the studio and design area, new suspended ceiling grid at the control room, new light fixtures, electrical work, mechanical duct work, and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. Fire sprinklers used to meet high rise provisions. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
