Work to include new select interior nonbearing walls to create and include a kitchen area, a beverage area, a storage area, a POS area and interior and exterior dining areas, new engineered exterior covered patio area, fully accessible restrooms, new select suspended acoustical ceilings, new lighting fixtures, new MAU and exhaust fans, new mechanical ductwork, new Type I grease hood and duct system with 1-hr firewrap, kitchen equipment, a walk-in cooler, new plumbing work, new electrical work, new millwork, counters, tables, stools, chairs, and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**

You indicated on the checklist that you had submitted them but for some reason they didn't come through so they'll have to be uploaded again. The big hurdle as I see it is your Planning approval as we can't accept your application without that.

The proper application to use for the scope of work described in your submittal documents is actually the #502 form for commercial additions. Please complete and upload this form as well as all of the documents that are indicated on the checklist. That would include items such as your District Health application, Zoning Certificate, Erosion and Sediment Control, fire flow letter, etc.
