Fire sprinkler system as well as anti-freeze loop is not current for annual inspections, need to have an inspection performed on fire sprinkler system by a licensed sprinkler contractor and fire sprinkler system tagged with current inspection tag. Fire sprinkler backflow needs to be tested by a licensed fire sprinkler contractor/backflow tester. Exit lights/emergency egress lighting needs to be serviced/repaired.
