(CLENERA – 9TH STORY – SOUTHEAST CORNER) Fire sprinkler system used to comply with the high rise provisions of the building code. To create a 4,890 square foot office tenant space on the 9th story of an existing high rise building. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, interior doors, interior windows, suspended acoustical ceilings, gypsum board soffits, millwork, and finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. Separate fire sprinkler permits and fire alarm permits shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such systems. **CJW**
