**11-20-15 plan modification to add 491 sf to main level of dwelling. The addition will be bedroom/walk in closet and full bathroom. Separte electrical, plumbing, mechanical and erosion permits are required. Work to be done according to approved plan and curren codes//leg ***Property sold prior to all of the work on permit # BLD15-01444. New owner's contractor pulled this new permit to finish what was proposed on the original permit plus add a closet and bathroom in the basement bedroom. No work is being done upstairs. Permit is for the basement interior remodel, to fur out walls and to insulate with R13 the exterior thermal envelope of the conditioned basement space as shown on plans, add interior non-load bearing walls, all work to be per the approved plans and current local codes, an electrical permit is required. Plans show future restroom in bedroom but no work for the restroom is going to be done on this permit at this time **JG** **DAF**
