(HYATT PLACE) **PLAN MODIFICATION TO ADD THREE EXTERIOR SIDEWALK RAMPS ALTERATIONS TO CEILING HEIGHTS AND MISC. ELECTRICAL AND MECHANICAL SYSTEMS.**Permit for the construction of a new 92,614 sq. ft. 5 story hotel of type IIIB construction with a total of 150 sleeping units 8 of which are accessible units. The first story consists of meeting rooms, kitchen, lobby and laundry facility area as well as 7 sleeping units. The first story is separated from the remaining stories by a one hour assembly for building area with all supporting construction on the first story required to be one hour construction. The building exterior walls are fire retardant treated wood with interior wood construction with the exception of some steel beams and columns. This building is fully fire sprinklered for story increase as well as A-2 and R occupancies.
