The area labeled on the city approved drawings as Suite 101 (at time of inspection the suites were not numbered) apperars to be occupied or will soon be occupied by a tenant, tenant/building owner needs to apply for a certificate of occupancy and inspections for that permit performed. As far as the inspection for this permit, round type door handles need to be removed and single action door hardware installed, exit signs need to be serviced/repaired.

Spoke with applicant Gerald Armstrong and told him that the fire inspector found that one of the vanilla spaces (suite 100, 101 or 102) is being occupied and tenant will need to immediately need come in and apply for an occupancy evaluation permit to occupy the vanilla space
