Description	(ALBERTSON’S - WESTPARK DATA CENTER) The fire sprinkler system is used for building area increase. To reduce the size of an existing “control room” to a 1,581 square foot “control center” open office area. Work is to include an interior nonbearing wall braced to the roof structure above. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. Separate fire sprinkler permits and fire alarm permits shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such systems. CJW
