after talking to Natasha with CDHC-she said they didn't actually do an inspection for the temp c of o. Natasha said they signed it so the school could get moved in. No plans were ever turned into CDHC and no fees were ever paid for so the health dept has technically not done an inspection. I called the school and talked to the administrator. I wanted to let her know that we couldn't sign off on the perm c of o until the health dept signs the sign off card
