No fire sprinklers, no fire alarms. Tenant space has round type door knobs, mentioned to tenants that round type door knobs may need to be replaced. Front door had thumb-turn deadbolt, informed tenant that this should be changed to double key deadbolt, may be a difficult repair due to door age. Tenant is to mount one fire extinguisher upstairs and on fire extinguisher on main level, tenant has fire extinguishers. Life fire safety passed/complete.
