Fire sprinkler system needs to have annual inspection performed, appears last inspection was 2006. Fire alarm system needs to have annual inspection performed. Fire extinguishers are current for inspection, all exit lights and emergency egress lighting needs to be serviced/repaired. Covers on numerous electrical outlets missing, need to be in place for next inspection, electrical outlets on upper mezzanine in chapel area need to be re-installed into electrical boxes in the floor, currently out of the boxes with exposed wires.
