** (GROWLER STATION - WALMART) ** Permit is to remodel an existing 551 sq. ft. vacant tenant space within a 230,935 sq. ft. retail store. Work to include: removal of select wall for new opening, construction of select interior nonbearing walls to create a storage area, a sales area and an equipment alcove, new millwork, adding new and relocating existing light fixtures, relocate electrical panel, new sinks, water heater and plumbing work, electrical work, relocate mechanical ductwork and interior finishes to be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**

The framing is complete, and the in-wall electrical has passed. The in-wall plumbing is complete and should be on schedule for inspection today. I just want to make certain that is missed for inspection requirement and that the framing itself is inspected even though it is a smaller project. The door has a simple combination lock for public safety. The combination is 2508. The reviewed/accepted plans are inside the permit work area. I can meet the inspector on site if needed.
