**(IDAHO FOOT AND ANKLE)** Application for inspection to determine requirements for issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for a 1,736 SQ FT remodel to an existing tenant office. BLD02-02129 was issued for the renovation and completed through the framing stage. Building and Fire finals need to be completed. NO NEW WORK IS AUTHORIZED UNDER THIS PERMIT. There will be no change to the occupancy. (Building history) The drawings to construct this building were approved February 2, 1979 (micro fiche #971240). The 1976 UBC was likely in effect at the time.
Drawings for a tenant improvement, which included the correction of some code deficiencies, were approved February 14, 1995. A medical gas room was also constructed at that time. A 1-hr parapet and 45 minute windows were required for the West wall. In addition, the basement was required to be enclosed (i.e. 1-hr floor-ceiling, 45 minute windows, 20 minute doors, and fire dampers). See micro fiche #961259 for those drawings. A Certificate of Occupancy (#6149) was issued to Dr. Stan Leis on March 13, 1995. (Building data) This building is one story with a full basement. The area of the first floor is 3,100 square feet. The area of the basement is 2,962 square feet. It is classified as a Type V-N building. It is NOT fire sprinklered. The West wall is 6 feet 4 inches from the West property line.**ajs**
