Jane emailed me the RCE# it won't take effect until 2-9-16. I emailed her back taht if she gave me all the info I'd put the info in first thing tomorrow morning. I also told her if she still wants an early start permit she will need to contact the bldg plan reviewer. I also told her until all plan reviews were done and the permit is ready-I will only be able to give her an extimate on fees due
