(ZEROSIX) This building does not have a fire sprinkler system. Application for inspection to determine the requirements for the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for a 1,195 square foot tenant space located within an existing 11,200 square foot building that will be used as a coffee shop. This tenant space was first occupied by “Moxie Java” under permit BLD00-00186. Cooking operations that create grease laden vapors are not allowed. No new work is authorized under this permit except for minor work that may be needed to correct noncompliant conditions that may exist. Painting, carpeting, counter tops, and similar finish work are not required to have a permit. No change of occupancy classification is allowed under this permit. Compliance is required with the items listed in the plan review report under Referenced Code Sections because noncompliance with these items is believed to constitute a distinct hazard to life and safety. **CJW**
