(VILLAGE CHARTER SCHOOL)(BLDG 1)Plan Modification to add partial fence on building 2 and change windows to be operable to meet ventilation requirments. Other minor changes made per plan modification applicaiton. All glazing shall be safety glazing as required by the IBC. **ajs**6/2/17*** Plan Modification to remove doors from class rooms as per the attached Building Official Occupant load approval. The occupant loads shall be posted and room layout posted. All conditons of approval shall be followed. **ajs**4/13/17**This project also being done in conjunction with BLD16-00161 on same set of plans. Remodel of an existing 24,500 sq. ft. office/retail building into new educational charter school with new classrooms and school administration offices per approved plans. New parking lot design and outdoor area for the kids. Work to include seismic upgrade from Risk Category II to Risk Category III, new interior walls, interior finish, fire sprinkler work, fire alarm work, plumbing work, mechanical work, and electrical work. Special Inspections required for structural steel, concrete and soils. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **ajs**
