DRH15-00502 Scope of work is to reconstruct an existing enclosed portion of the back of the house. The reconstruction will make the room more structurally sound and more energy efficient. Per Matt H., the windows are required to be fiberglass or wood and the windows adjacent to the exterior door need to be tempered. A concrete curtain wall be be constructed under the perimeter of the existing slab and then flashed for better weather protection. Remove an 8 ft. portion of wall between the kitchen and enclosed patio area. Also, covert existing pantry and laundry room into a full bath. Electrical, plumbing and HVAC permits will be pulled separately. The work will be performed per the approved drawing and local codes. **DAF**
