(NXEDGE – Manufacturing Room Remodel) Remodel of an existing 32,941 square foot warehouse building to add a 6,181 square foot manufacturing area. This tenant originally occupied the building under BLD13-01509 and the shell building was constructed under permit BLD07-00735. Sprinklered for fire area and high pile storage provisions. Work to include: construction of interior nonbearing walls to create this new area and three accessory rooms inside this area, new electrical, mechanical & plumbing. All work shall comply with the approved drawings and all applicable codes. NOTE: "This building is fully Fire Sprinklered for (allowable area increase) with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department." **TLW**
