(BROOKDALE SENIOR LIVING SOLUTIONS) Permit is to remodel 252 sq. ft. main floor nurse station area within an existing 57,530 sq. ft. senior living facility. This permit is approved contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: The removal of select interior nonbearing wall, the construction of select interior nonbearing wall to create a larger nurse station room, electrical work and interior finishes to be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. Note: The existing floor ceiling is a 1 hour rated assembly, if the removal of the existing wall and the addition of the new wall penetrates the rated assembly membrane restore the a fire-resistance rating such that the required fire resistance will not be reduced. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**

Door to area of work is an existing door with round type door knob, informed point of contact that door handle may need to be changed to lever type single action door hardware.
