Note: The existing floor ceiling is a 1 hour rated assembly, if the removal of the existing wall and the addition of the new wall penetrates the rated assembly membrane restore the a fire-resistance rating such that the required fire resistance will not be reduced. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system.
