Project is in the Floodplain with no LOMR. **It has been detemined that substantial improvement criteria is not met, flood plain requirements do not apply** Proposed addition of new Mst. Bedroom and Bath by demolishing exisitng Family Room and auxillary stairs, addition of Media Room on the back of the existing Living Room. Existing Guest Room upstairs to have stairway filled in and floor joists replaced as needed (to remain accesible from Mst Bedroom only). Existing kitchen to be removed and replaced. All work to be done according to plans, notes, review notes, provided engineering and local codes. A separate electrical, mechanical, plumbing and erosion permit are required.
