Permit for new engineered 450 sq. ft. in ground swimming pool with vanishing edge. This pool will be heated by a gas water heater. Separate electrical permit is required and all bonding of all metal parts is required to be approved by the electrical division prior to approval for placement of any concrete by the structural division. All work is to be done per the approved plans, engineering and Appendix G of the 2012 IRC. ***A letter from the applicant’s geotechnical engineer indicating that the pool subgrade is acceptable has been received by Public Works.
