Scope of work is to turn an unconditioned storage room into a bathroom. The bathroom is located under the existing roof system of the main house and adjacent to and behind the existing carport. The existing door to the room will be removed and will be framed in. A new door to the new bathroom will be framed in so that it's accessed from the house. The floor will be built-up off of the concrete to provide insulation in the floor system. Walls will be built out to accomodate R-20 insulation and the roof system will have R-38. Plumbing and electrical permits will be pulled separately. **DAF** Separate mechanical, electrical and plumbing permits are required.Spray foam- provide ECC Report to inspector prior to cover. **BJM**
