Scope of work includes: to remove existing ceiling grid and light fixtures, construction of new interior nonbearing walls to create (2) VIP rooms and hallway, (2) new sinks, new suspended acoustic ceiling, new light fixtures, electrical work, plumbing work and mechanical ductwork and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC . This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department, This facility includes an engineered smoke control system throughout the mall, Any modifications to smoke and/or fire dampers shall be reviewed and approved by the mall engineer, The smoke evacuation system shall remain operational as originally installed under the 1985 UBC. Please finish filling out pages 5 & 6 of form #518. Also, you'll notice on those pages it asks for energy code compliance which would be required for the proposed lighting replacement. In addition, it appears that you're adding two sinks. Page #6 of the checklist addresses what documents need to be provided for this.

The City of Boise requires that you fill out and submit a completed #518 - Minor Tenant Improvement Submittal Checklist that can be found on our website. While filling out this form, you'll notice that your scope of work might also require you to submit form #304 and your plans be stamped by a registered professional licensed in the State of Idaho (not California). In addition, I do not see a demolition plan that shows the current wall configuration of the tenant space. The checklist asks for this if there is demolition work to be performed.
